Registration & EFTA Policy

• EFTA is an 10-month program from September to June (inclusive)
• Players will receive a minimum 3 classes a month & maximum of 5 at moments during the year due to how months interact with either Mondays or Fridays for academy 
• Efta Fees for academy are flat rates & are not pro rated 
•  1 month notice must be communicated in writing if a player is not continuing the program
• EFTA is not held reliable for refunds upon Registration for full amounts of payments  for half or full terms as EFTA is providing options for payments
• It is each player's responsibility to attend all practices.  EFTA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED PRACTICES BY PLAYERS
• Any Individual sessions missed by players with less than 24 hour notice will be charged
• Any cancelled sessions by EFTA academy programs  will be made up at end of term during July/August

EFTA accepts 2 forms of payment:

• e-transfer (please e-mail to EftaSoccerAcademy@hotmail.com password: (player's first name). Only available method of payment
• PayPal (credit card processing) (for full payments only)  A fee of $25 is added for processing fees.  Please select "Pay Now" PayPal button with applicable choice listed below
• You can also go to SHOP Under More at top right corner to use Credit Card Options for various programs
• Monthly fee is also available

EFTA Provides Different payment options:

• (Sept –Dec / Jan- June) 
• Includes 1 session / week  
• Duration for EFTA Blue Academy program 1.5 hours
• EFTA Blue Academy Fee is 160$ a month
• EFTA Blue Academy full payment is 1500 with kit
• Duration for EFTA Juniors academy program is 1 hour
• EFTA Juniors fee is 95$ monthly
• EFTA Juniors full payment fee is 825$ with kit 
• Payments for academy are due at the beginning of the month between 1st and 5th of each month
• All payments are pre paid for the month
